• Heating equipments, including district heating, central hot water systems through generators (boilers, exchangers, independent devices for producing and transmitting hot water, heat pumps, solar panels, etc.) which use, directly or not, any kind of energies (coal, fuel, various gas, electricity, solar energy, geothermal energy, any kind of thermal energy recovery, etc.), for systems not exceeding 600kW (520 000 kcal per hour). These equipments may particularly be : low temperature hot water (110°C max.), low pressure steam (max 0.5 effective bar), exchange stations whose primary receives the heating fluid provided by district heating systems of all pressures and temperatures, with forced-air fumace or not.
• Controlled Mechanical Ventilation (CMV) equipments,
• Smoke extraction equipments for facilities with a surface not exceeding 1000 m² of floor space,
• Regulation equipments, within the size limits of equipments defined by qualification N. 5312,
• Remote alarm systems, telemonitoring systems, remote management systems and centralized technical management, within the size limits of equipments defined by qualification 5312.

The company ensures the startup, the tuning and the settings for obtaining outcomes in demand on the market, the training of the users as well as the delivery of the documentation required for the management and the follow-up of the equipments (plans, notes, instructions, component references, measurement statement, record of previous settings, etc.) and possibly provides recommendations aimed at optimizing operations.
 
Besides the works pertaining to the qualifications mentioned below in the NB footnote, the company may perform :

• the temporary operation of heating equipments installed by the company over the period from the start-up to the day of the approval,
• the maintenance and the repair of the equipments mentioned above,
• the flue lining,
• the supply and installation of burners

  • Including exchange stations whose primary receives the heating fluid provided by district heating systems of all pressures and temperatures.
• Controlled Mechanical Ventilation (CMV) equipments and ventilation equipments of all kinds, industrial or not, includin static and dynamic smoke extraction.
• The company will also ensure the maintenance of remote alarm systems, telemonitoring systems, remote management systems and centralized technical management, within the size limits of equipments defined by this qualification.

Nomenclature code 5522 (Validity 12/05/2015) Maintenance of independent air-conditioning equipments (Specialist techniques) Company which ensures the application of preventive maintenance programs and corrective maintenance programs on air-conditioning comprising :

• independent appliances with a unit refrigerating capacity not exceeding 12kW,
• independent units with direct expansion and with a unit refrigerating capacity not exceeding 50kW.

Nomenclature code 9121 (Validity 12/05/2015) Bathrooms Company which designs and develops, on its own, all or part of bathroom equipments in individual housing and ensures their start-up. The company will ascertain the competences of the workers involved and the availability of the sanitary elements and fixtures required to properly complete the project. The company also manages the interface between the various trades. It will make sure that specific points will be addressed : water supply, ventilation, electrical connections, waste water disposal, etc.
It will ensure that standards relating to electrical equipments are observed.

Nomenclature code 9122 (Validity 12/05/2015) Household kitchens Company which designs and develops, on its own, all or part of household kitchens and ensures their start-up. The company will ascertain the competences of the workers involved and the availability of the sanitary elements and fixtures required to properly complete the project. The company also manages the interface between the various trades.
It will make sure that specific points will be addressed : water supply, ventilation, electrical connections, waste water disposal, etc.
